These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services, activities, digital platforms, events, and initiatives organized or managed by Bharat Putra Foundation Charitable Public Trust. By engaging with our trust (through donations, volunteering, participation, or service utilization), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms.


### Objectives

The Trust functions as a non-profit charitable organization dedicated to:

  • - Promoting education, health, child welfare, women’s empowerment, poverty alleviation, environmental protection, and cultural values.
  • - Organizing community service programs, legal aid, awareness campaigns, and sports/cultural events for social development.


### Eligibility
  • - Individuals, institutions, or organizations can participate in or benefit from trust activities subject to compliance with these Terms.
  • - Volunteers and members must meet age and qualification criteria as may be specified for specific projects.

### Donations and Funding
  • - Donations received will be utilized strictly for charitable purposes in accordance with the objectives of the Trust.
  • - Donors are responsible for providing accurate information while making contributions.
  • - All donations are non-refundable except in cases of proven error on part of the Trust.
  • - Tax exemption benefits (80G / 12A applicable under the Income Tax Act, 1961) will be available only as per government rules.

### Membership and Participation
  • - Membership is voluntary and subject to approval by the trustees.
  • - Members and volunteers must follow the Code of Conduct of the Trust.
  • - The Trust reserves the right to revoke participation in case of misconduct, misuse of resources, or violation of guidelines.

### Use of Services and Platforms
  • - The Trust operates programs, websites, social media pages, and educational initiatives for awareness and service purposes.
  • - Users must not misuse these platforms for unlawful, defamatory, or unauthorised activities.
  • - Any intellectual property created by the Trust (publications, syllabus, reports, digital content, logo) is protected and must not be reproduced without written permission.
### Code of Conduct

Participants, volunteers, and beneficiaries are expected to:

  • - Maintain integrity, respect, and discipline while engaging with Trust activities.
  • - Avoid political, religious, or commercial exploitation of platforms/events.
  • - Comply with all lawful regulations applicable under Indian law.

### Data Privacy
  • - Personal data collected for donations, services, or membership will be used only for legitimate purposes of the Trust.
  • - The Trust ensures reasonable measures to protect user data, but is not liable for breaches beyond its control.

### Limitation of Liability
  • - The Trust shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation, service use, or reliance on information provided by the Trust.
  • - Events or programs may be modified, postponed, or cancelled at the discretion of the trustees.

### Amendments
  • - These Terms may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in legal, organizational, or service requirements.
  • - Continued participation or engagement with the Trust after amendments constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

### Governing Law
  • - These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of India.
  • - Any disputes shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of courts in Distt. Court Nuh, Haryana,India.
